About
Stanisław is one of the leaders of the Emognition lab, which focuses on emotion recognition in everyday life using physiological data. His research interests include affect recognition from physiological data, mobile and wearable technologies, as well as affective computing solutions that improve health.
In 2021 he received a scholarship for outstanding young scientists funded by the Polish Ministry of Education and Science. He is also a member of the Top 500 Innovators association. In recent years, Stanisław has spent over 30 months at the world’s best universities: Cambridge (UK), Oxford (UK), NTU (Singapore), UC Davis (USA), U. of Southern California (USA), UTS (AU). He has authored over 40 research articles.
